County Amateur Boxing Club

Brilliant boxing classes with Brilliant coaches. I do the Adult class, and will be taking my Nephew's to the junior classes soon.

My son is ten, and we started boxing. About 7 months ago, he has been enjoying it. Ever since he started heid is not one to take on to activities. But he really enjoyed this one and he is very interested in taking part in their activities that are given to him and tasks. The coaches is very Come and understanding with the children. I would recommend it for both adults and children. As this has helped my son lose a huge amount of weight.Which I'm very happy about and I'm glad I made this decision to bring him here. I would like to Thank the coaches for all their hard work

I have been a member for 6+yrs Fimber, Jeff, Darryl and Nick top coaches guiding and nurturing people of all ages. Teaching the art of boxing through self discipline, belief, and communication creating a real sense of community and camaraderie along the way. As an adult attending the senior group you'll get plenty of doses of tough love" pushing you each week to improve levels of fitness - Hard Work Dedication! and every now and then a lion visits the camp! I've only been to a handful of sessions so far, but I absolutely love it. Being a mixed class, you may feel embarrassed by the experienced boxers (especially if you're out of shape and/or thin-limbed like me), but you'll quickly forget about that once you put on those hand wraps and gloves and start feeling the part.The coaches are great - they know their stuff and are always on hand for feedback. It's true they may be tough at times, but that's only because they want you to push yourself to your actual limit and not just what you think you can do, and it works every time.On that note, if you're not drenched in sweat by the end, you're probably doing something wrong!

Best place to go in order to get over a breakup, amazing people and intense workouts for a fair price.I really recommend.
