He did a great job trying to make it as fast and smooth as possible; replying super quickly to all my emails and dealing with issues right away, being available anytime I needed something. He also emailed the solicitors frequently to accelerate the process. I would highly recommend him as he did a great job.

Polly was very courteous right from the beginning when she first showed us the property, very open and transparent on the asking price, quick decisions so not to keep us lingering with uncertainties, got us introduced to Taylor Rose and gave constant support in resolving the queries promptly throughout the conveyancing period, even when she was away on her holidays. She was an absolute star in getting us to completion on our scheduled date, despite a long chain on the seller's side. She has now arranged a trusted contractor to re-decorate our house and continues to follow-up with the progress. I recently completed a purchase of a property in SW19 through Lauristons and Amir Malekzadeh was a great help from start to finish. He was very kind and accommodating during the initial viewings and proceeded to be extremely helpful during the whole process up until exchange and completion, replying to emails very quickly, calling from time to time to update me on the situation and responding to any questions I had. He also made sure to follow up on various matters between solicitors to speed up the process. I would highly recommend this Estate Agency and Amir!

Estate agent I lived with for many years.Absolutely tried to make me unjustifiably pay for redecorating the flat I lived in. They tried to claim over £5000 in damages from me. I won by independent adjudication that I owed them less than £100.Con artist!DO NOT RENT WITH THEM.

I initially put my house on the market 2 years ago with a different estate agent and struggled to even get any viewings. I was told by my estate agent that the problem was the market. As a result, I took it off. In September last year, I decided to try again. Polly from Lauristons was recommended to me by a friend. I wasn't expecting anything to happen quickly given my previous experiences. However, when I met Polly I realised quite soon that she was very experienced and very knowledgeable. It took 4 weeks from my house going on the market to getting an offer I was happy with. Without a shadow of a doubt this was because of Polly.I can't say the experience was straightforward - there were quite a few minor setbacks throughout the process but I do think having an experienced and capable estate agent made the difference.

Lauristons property management have been very poor and at times downright unethical in their dealings. When one of their tenants left abruptly without providing notice Lauristons lied to my partner to get her to cover the rent for this person when she didn’t have to. On their advice my partner was significantly out of pocket based on poor advice.They also lied at the end of the tenancy, stating that my partner would have to leave her home of over 3 years because the landlord was renovating the property. This turned out to be untrue and instead they wanted to raise the rent and get new tenants in without giving my partner the choice to stay on with the increase in rent.They have handled the entire tenancy unethically and have caused untold damage to her mental health in the process. I would avoid Lauristons at all cost if possible.
