We spent 4 nights here. We used the gym and pool every day. Exceptionally clean. Helpful reception staff. Amazing views from exercise bikes etc.Good walks from hotel doorstep.Hotel restaurant was equally impressive. Excellent waiting staff who were very helpful with my gluten free issues. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. We will definitely revisit.

Beautiful getaway on the secret coast. Fantastic accomodation options at reasonable prices all with fantastic views of the marina and loch Fyne. Lovely staff that make you welcome from the moment you arrive and bookings include daily use of leisure facilities, including outdoor pool and jacuzzis and breakfast. Wonderful place to relax and get away from it all.

Booked here for a special occasion. The positives are lovely food expensive but really nice. The views are stunning !The outside pool area is lovely with stunning views.Stayed at the lodge which was really nice also.Onto negatives the room it's self at lodges needs updated the toilets are small and need a bit more modernisation the lead upto the lodge the stairs are dirty and spiders webs on ceilings and lights flickering not working properly. The restraunt staff the only way I can describe some of them not all are bizarre we booked for breakfast and got told we had to book even though I did I don't know if it was the manager but was just odd didn't seem to know what was going on.The spa facilities had to many rules was a bit of a joke no phones ??Got told to take my phone back to my locker my dad is in hospital at the time and would have preffered to keep near by but filled the rules and took it back however a couple at the side of me were taking photos with there phone very odd rule. Was nice probably won't come back though.

We had a very enjoyable two night stay in mid October, the weather was outstanding which made all the difference. This is a very upmarket, well appointed resort. We were lucky to stay in one of the luxury apartments which was spacious, clean, very well equipped and has everything you could need, including a small sauna which was wonderful. We chose to eat in on the first night, cooking food that we brought with us. There really aren't many shops in the local area, so you would need to bring a lot of your own food if you're going to be self-catering. There is a small shop on site which sells quite a wide range of food and other items, but there are no supermarkets or larger shops in the vicinity. We did eat at the restaurant on the second night and the food was of very high quality. The service in the restaurant was excellent from all members of staff - our thanks to Toby and Alisdair for making our stay all the more enjoyable! The gym and pool are excellent, well worth a visit. So, if you can catch the good weather (we were lucky enough to catch a clear, moonlit night over the marina, absolutely lovely) you will have a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Stayed for 2 nights in November. Beautiful weather in a gorgeous location. Service was amazing, pool and spa experiences just so lovely. Nothing beats floating outdoors when the stars come out. Breakfast and dinner so tasty. Would highly recommend this bit of luxury.

We stayed 4 nights in the cottages and from the very start Chris and Elle couldn't have been more friendly, professional and fantastic in every way. Service and customer care was impeccable! My husband and I also had treatments with Shannon and twice with Lucy. Again, such truly lovely ladies, very knowledgeable and professional - the treatments were outstanding! All of them a credit to the company!I highly recommend a visit.

Quick visit for a birthday treat. Well worth the epic journey. Lovely staff, fantastic food, and comfortable rooms. Dogs had good fun and enjoyed their treats. Puzzled why a spa hotel doesn't have any shower gel or shampoo in the rooms...a first in my experience. Spa was fun..enjoyed the outdoor infinity pool despite the howling gale, and the sauna with a view was brilliant. Just wished there was a steam room too.

Nice place, no need to come particularly. They asked me not to take pictures, so there are no pictures
