Great gym which is really friendly & takes fitness seriously. Jim & Tracey are fantastic PTs..the classes (I do 2 per week) are well organised as witnessed by the high numbers that return week after week….I recommend this gym very highly.

Alistair Kerr is a terrible person. He represents your gym inside and outside and is demeaning young lads about their bodies, what a disgrace. This needs to be looked into and he needs to be disciplined. I have many followers on all socials and i will be sharing your page and also his name. Behaviour like this needs to stop in the fitness industry its absolutely disgusting.
