Fantastic staff who greeted us on arrival. Nice food and drinks selection from the bar. The only let down was a group hanging around in the beer garden repairing and revving a motorbike up to midnight.Room was really comfortable and clean. Great brekkie too!

stayed here last week for the Pink Concert in villa park. basic rooms but clean and does what it says on the tin. the one thing i would like to say is the lady behind the bar was amazing and really helpful didnt get her name but she gets 5 stars from me so if you read this thank you very much and also thanks for sorting our taxi out.

Horrible place. Absolutely filthy. Don’t even think about booking a room here, place is unclean, carpets are filthy. No known fire exit (no LED signs or glow in dark) only very fine print on door which in the case of a fire you wouldn’t be able to read. As a glasses wearer I couldn’t read it at all. Service is shocking, only used 1 room charged us for 2 refusing to give us refund. Overall shambles.

Shameful how the staff are extremely rude unhelpful and should learn some bedside manners especially behind the bar the cleaners need to clean up there act, full of weird/untrustworthy people, banging on door, walls ridiculously thin, looks and smells funny would 100% not recommend

Beautiful place didn't get to book a room but it's a nice cozy environment. Getting serves took awhile although the staff were brilliant and easy going. Spacious beer garden with a kids slide and sandpit, tables and a large greenery area for events.
