Very proactive, great communication and pleasant to deal with. After a good start our house sale/purchase collapsed into tatters and came to a grinding halt. We switched agents to Keats Fern and were massively impressed by the efforts to get things moving. Photos were amended every two weeks to keep things fresh, viewings were done by office staff who had all visited the property and James did all the negotiating for our potential onward purchase through another agent. Can highly recommend.

Keats Fearn recently handled the sale of my mother-in-law's house. From start to finish, they were friendly, professional, helpful and pro-active. They all went over and above what could be expected of them. The brochure was produced quickly and visits with potential purchasers were obviously handled well as the property sold very quickly.
