AVOID .The first thing this vets will ask you, is if you have insurance? The purpose of this is to see how much money they can extract from you and your insurer and your final bill.Secondly, they will then provide over inflated medication which you can buy for a quarter of the price anywhere else or online.It will all be under the disguise of your pets welfare and because you have an emotional attachment to your animal. It's a great racket they are running.

I love the practice we visit at Whitegates Surgery. The Vets are so friendly and welcoming they always make a fuss of the animals and listen to any concerns you may have!. I would recommend them to anyone with a little furry friend.

We have been with St James' veterinary practice Mayals for 25 years now. They are such a friendly practice and all vets we have dealt with show compassion and genuine care for the animals. The reception staff are very friendly and welcoming to the animals.

Bailey had an infection in both ears and was in a great deal of discomfort. Serena came out to the car park in the rain to take her in for examination. She cleaned out the gunk in Bailey's ears and prescribed drops. Not only was her initial examination and treatment effective but her follow up was exemplary too. First class service again from St James Vets.
