Malvern Tyres Trowbridge

Unfortunately we received very poor customer service, the tyres are fitted however we paid more than quoted and for less of a service. We won't be returning customers !

Checked an under inflated tyre a couple of days ago and put correct pressure in and let me go (no charge) to see if I had a very slow puncture.Went back today because I DID have a puncture. Unfortunately, it was in the sidewall, so couldn't be fixed. Had to buy a new tyre. Got them to check the others and 2 were close to the limit, so ended up needing 3. They had a deal on all 4, so elected for that. They weren't busy and I was dealt with immediately. Tyres a bit pricey (I think) but I may just be out of touch. Good friendly service.

Went today to Malvern Tyres in Trowbridge and can only say that all the guys over there were very polite and they know their business from beginning to end - they work with precision and they treat cars with a great level of respect if something doesn't go according to plan for any reason whatsoever.I was more than impressed by their positive attitude towards the customers, accommodating their day workload in order to satisfy the needs of the clients, attracting more revenue to the business and making sure that clients go to them again and again.Today I was received by Shaun, and I can only say good things about him, but it will not be just if I didn't say the same good things from the chaps in the workshop.All in all, they made my day and for me there and I no need to look anywhere else when my car requires some hard work well done.

Great - I needed a tire replaced ASAP and they got me sorted. Fair price and very friendly staff. Would highly recommend and will use again if I need more tires.

Took my car there as I had two tyres that needed replacing. I drove the car to work; on my commute home the entire wheel flew off the car causing me to have a collision with the road and a very hefty bill. Malvern Tyres turned around and said I should have had my torque checked within there specified checking time and because of that “the wheel fell off”, absurd to say the least. They made it clear that they will not be accepting liability and didn’t want to hear any of it from the start. Shocking customer service all the way up the chain. Complete and utter negligence. The amount of stories I’ve been told about Malvern Tyres since the incident is mind-boggling, only if I had known before. I’ve no idea how they are still running. Luckily no one was injured in the incident however had it been a few metres ahead on a very dangerous and busy road and it could’ve been a whole different story. I wouldn’t touch them with a ten foot pole. Avoid.

Great Team. Looked after my newly furbed alloys without having to ask.

My husband went to Malvern tyres today 12/06/23 to get a puncture repaired very helpful and cheerful service will use again highly recommended

I have been using these guys for years and never look at other places. Good friendly staff who will give you facts not waffle! The staff are professional, polite and can never do enough for you. Top notch!
