Don't waste your time. Late for appointment and still waiting to receive quotation 8 weeks later, despite phone call and personal visit to the showroom.Not worth any stars!

After contacting various window companies for a quote Hi-Lite was by far the best value company (not cheapest but good quality) with the friendliest approach. No hard sell (like some other companies I won’t mention) and the freedom to consider my options in my own time was very much welcomed.There was a bit of a wait between placing my order and the installation (8 weeks) but it certainly was worth the wait. Mark who is also one of the installation team kept me up to date throughout.Mark & Jake arrived on the Monday morning bright and early to start the installation. They were both courteous and respectful of my home and kept everything safely away from my 17 week old puppy who was desperate to chew anything they brought with them and for all of the cuddles they were willing to give. They took my blinds down and put them back up and covered all of my carpets throughout. The only evidence that they have even visited is the new windows that now sit in place of the old.We did have 1 hiccup as the door on order came the wrong size, however they were back within 2 weeks as promised to install the replacement. My new windows are lovely, my home is so much warmer and I am so pleased that I went with Hi-Lite windows. I would absolutely recommend this family run business who quite clearly care about their customers and provide good quality windows at an affordable price.

Awesome firm.We were let down big time by our double glazing installers, and so we turned to a local firm.Hi-Windows were here the same day to sort us out, and after some phone issues, back the next week to adjust one of our hinges.Fully appreciate this friendly local company.Mark

We bought new Rosewood effect PVC doors, french doors and windows for our house from John at Hi Lite Windows at least 15yrs ago. We spent the money to get good quality products that would last well and that is exactly what they have done. I cleaned them all inside and out this year and they still look as good as new. Customer service is excellent and any minor issues we had were quickly sorted without any fuss. Thank you Hi Lite!

Disappointing and frustrating experience with this company. After New Windows installed, FENSA inspector attended and pointed out none were kite marked and needed replacing again. This proved to be a protracted process with poor communication from Hi Lite.No formal letter of apology or offer of compensation received for inconvenience this caused us.Based on our experience we would not recommend this company.

First class service and installation.I had a number of quotes and Hi-Lite were very relaxed with no hard sale.There is no real pressure on time and a lot of effort to make sure you get exactly what you are after. I took a bit of time to get used to this more laid back approach, but it is a significant purchase, so having time to reflect on decisions resulted in a much better result.I used them for Windows and doors, as well as guttering and facias.The installation team are brilliant fun and very skilled. They also drink tea like it is going out of fashion.The five star review is partly due to their quality product, the quality of the windows and doors is first class, you can see and feel the difference. The other reason is due to the team going over and above when installing. There are a number of examples, one being the dorma had very little insulation, so I bought some more and the guys fitted it for me.As the guarantee is backed by Fensa, you get an option to have a Fensa survey which I booked. the engineer reviewed the installation in detail and reported no issues.

Very pleased with my new front door. John, Mark, Jake and Gina were all a pleasure to deal with and always happy to help. Highly recommend and would definitely use again in the future.

A big thank you to your company for helping my 83yr old mother out at such short notice yesterday. She had trouble locking the doors and had phoned the council the day before. They left her unable to lock the doors all night when they said someone would attend. I live 200 miles away so I could not sort it at short notice.
