Popped in to get some travel money. They were busy but I was served instantly by very friendly and helpful member of staff. Excellent service.

Friendly, smiling staff who are very welcoming. I saw an advert for a holiday in their window, I was in a rush but wanted to find out more. I popped in for merely one minute, but the two staff in there were smiling, friendly and welcoming as I entered the store. They handed me a business card and let me know I could contact them to get help with a booking or further support if I needed! I thanked them and left.Overall, I left the branch with a great impression, and for a visit that lasted less than one minute in duration, it has made me confident to use this branch again. I've never done business with Barrhead Travel, but given my pleasant experience I will certainly return when the time comes!Nice branch with convenient location and good opening hours. Thank you.

Nothing was too much trouble. We have booked a holiday of a lifetime to Canada, and Emma was amazing in helping us plan the trip, asking advice from a colleague who has been to Canada and able to recommend places to visit. Emma has selected lovely hotels and suggested trips along the way. Thank you Emma and team Barrhead

had trouble paying balance for our cruise, ended up having to pay by bank transfer. not good. now got trouble setting up an account with the cruise line to check-in for this cruise as it doesn t recognise our booking. The cruise is next week. No answer to email.... not much help at all.

Emma is amazing at her job, so helpful and nothing is to much to ask. You can sit for a long time making sure it's the perfect hoilday for you.
