Very positive experience of Kare plus agency ,All carers are very careful and polite by nature office staff as well, especially Ms. Deepa and Carer Neha very careful about their work

I wish I could give no stars!Absolutely appalling how they care for their clients , my family member is ment to be getting 4 calls a day he is getting two and they don’t stay for more than 5 minutes he has no personal care they don’t care for him at all. When speaking to the co ordinator she was unbelievably rude to me I will be going higher to get this company checked out

STAY AWAY from them. Totally unethical with ZERO morals. They are the WORST agency on earth and are criminals. They will send you to care for COVID 19 PATIENTS without letting you know beforehand. That is how despicable and greedy they are. They will also stop giving you work suddenly with no explanation! They're the very worst. STAY AWAY if you love yourself!

Avoid. There is an English woman who picks up the phone in the Domicillary care dept, and she is extremely rude and arrogant, and will refuse to give a job reference if you've ever worked for them, and will hang up the phone on you if she remotely thinks you have an 'attitude' when speaking to her. Horrible. I've never seen a more unprofessionally run office.

They are the worst agency ever. On the first day the carer was on the phone and that was a personal phone call he was talking in his language. They don't know what they are doing they come for 15-20 mins and say I have to go. A carer called Sam came to me not even for 5 mins and left. People don't let the hospital transfer you to this agency. Stay in the hospital or get family or friend to look after you. Im still waiting for the agency to transfer to my local social services because i still have a care plan. These Indian people will stress you out they don't know what is Crutches or a walking frame. Stay safe people. I wish there was half a star because that's how bad the service is

Never use Kareplus weekend carers have no supervision managers only want you to hear what they want you to hear they don't dispose of ppe safely and dont shut doors use them if your desperate they don't care basically and have no safe guards in place at weekends just like social services does dangerous in these times! not even worth 1 star minus 21 stars
