Tried 8 times to call and book an appointment, each time told someone would call me back and no one ever did. After 2 weeks of trying I gave up. They might be good at alarms (I wouldn't know) but they're pretty poor at everything else!!

Great service, experts answer the phone when you have questions. Quick call out time in my experience and we're in Faversham so not local to their HQ, but they will travel all over anyway. They are a family business like us and they provide a professional reliable service. Easy 5 stars for Mark and Sam that supplied alarms and service our commercial buildings.
