Consistently blame tenants for condition of very run down buildings, sticking plaster solutions. The Tory council should never have been allowed to privatise council housing stock in the first place.Wish I could afford to buy & get away for these terrible landlords.I don't know how they ever got charitable status, pure joke.

We got an old flat, they promised us to repair the floor, replace the old bathroom and the old heaters immediately" with new ones. the gas installation not exist at all

Repeatedly refuse to undertake repairs which are a danger to the public.

Have been on their priority list for nearly three years now and have not been offered anything... and turned down for half a dozen properties that I have applied for.

My mum was verbally abused by a member of their staff ,everytime, their workmen or contractors come in ,they have dirty marks on my walls and the repair usually gets worse and the guy in charge of the repairs, stated theres nothing they can do about it, there contractors never wear face masks and I have attempted suicide because of them before, a disgrace to be called a charity,their corrupt staff entered my house yesterday, as I took an overdose because of them and their chief executive continually ignores me, I attempted suicide last night because they all stick up for each other and they don't seem bothered, my housing officer has nearly cost me my life, all this organisation does is collect rent

a great housing provider staff are fantastic and very helpfull lovely polite service from all staff always go out there way to help i would give a 100 percent for the work that sbha do

I'm actually in awe of how lovely this association is. Going through a tough time, as a lot of people are when contacting them, but I felt so supported and cared for, a lot of worry and fear was gone. The lady I spoke with, Jackie, could not have been more kind, understanding, thoughtful and supportive. I cannot thank her enough. I would give 10 stars if I could
