Dave came out to solve a recurring issue. It turned out to be nothing serious and he fixed it within minutes. He charged us very fairly for his time and gave advice on how to avoid future problems. When some contractors look for ways to find bigger issues and charge more money, I greatly appreciate integrity and professionalism when I meet it. We will definitely reach out to Down the Drain in the future if we have need of a dependable plumbing and drainage specialist.

Dave and his son were great to deal with. They came to fit a tap in my front yard and were really communicative and did the job quickly. Very professional and reasonable pricing. Would very much recommend using them!

Couldn't be happier with today's service with Down the Drain Plumbing. We called them up in the morning and they came within 2 hours. I had a blocked drain that was too stubborn for products and even had a plumber in the week before who couldn't fix it - Down the Drain managed to fix it within 15 minutes, and it's now working better than ever! With extensive knowledge and experience, Down the Drain is 5 star service that is quite frankly unbeatable! Thank you so much!

Have used Down the Drain a few times overs the years for plubling and always a pleasure to deal with. HAd an emergency last week when toilet started linking (discovered with water starting to come through kitchen ceiling). Phoned Dave (Sunday pm), rapid advice on turning water off to toilet and arranged a visit next day. Turned out the pedestal (20 years old +) had a hairline crack that had started to leak so new toilet required. His son (also Dave) came round next day installed new toilet - quickly and very reasonable rate. Very much appreciated.
