Having never used self storage before I was a bit apprehensive. Andrew and Paul made this such a stress free experience. They were so helpful, clear with the instructions and so friendly, always having time for a quick wave or chat. The facility is spotless clean, and very secure. First class service by Andrew and Paul who kept me informed at all times. A completely friendly atmosphere which adds to a superb customer customer service and all aspects of the storage, cost, discounts and facility services were explained and shown resulting in no confusion. I honestly wish all customer services out there were as good as these two guys.

Great facility staffed by great people! Andrew and Paul have been always extremely kind and helpful. I've been visiting regularly for a long time. From my own experience, and what I see with others, they take the safety of everyone’s possessions extremely seriously and they've made everyone welcome at all times. During the day they are always there when help is needed. Andrew and Paul have been the nicest people to work with. The facility is secure and clean at all times. Thank you guys for all you've done!

First experience of using self storage and I'm very impressed with the customer service and the facilities. Used the unit to store house contents while my partner and I were in the process of moving. Unit was a lot bigger than I thought and acommodated everything from a two bed house. Easily accessible out of office hours so we were able to move smaller items at our leasure. In all if you need a self storage solution, Cinch is by far the best option. Thank you guys.
