2000 Dry Cleaners

I brought my son’s Canada goose jacket for dry cleaning and the owner is did a very good job and did it in less than a week. My son loves the jacket. Will be coming back to 2000 Dry Cleaners!

I have used their services for many years and have never had any issues. They are very careful and take note whenever I mention something specific about a delicate item. Totally recommend them!

Owner a really lovely and far too modest guy who has been tailoring his whole life and it shows! He did a couple of skirt alterations for me, not straightforward ones, did an excellent job, and was the lowest price around! Another in Chiswick was charging over DOUBLE what he charged, and his work is perfect. Highly recommend and would use him again for sure. Thank you.

I’ve known this dry cleaners since they were at their last premises on Acton Lane, when my daughter was little. The owner is a lovely man, always helpful. He recently dry-cleaned a university ball dress I made for my daughter. It was in mixed man made fabrics, satin etc with delicate details applied by me. It had a lot of different stains on it after the event, via drink and food spillages, and from the ground as it was open-air and a long dress. It stayed in a cupboard a long time before we remembered! Anyway, 2000 did a fantastic job. Every stain disappeared and it came back to us looking beautiful. He took great care.

Took my cashmere jumper to be repaired and dry cleaned. They did a great job in less than a week. Very good service, would recommend.

I have been very happy with the dress - it had stain on and it has been done properly. Reason why I thought I should use the same place again. However I also wanted to surprise my partner and got his shirts to be ironed and unfortunately I am very disappointed as I arrived home and started to put them away half of the shirts are very creased, especially the sleeves. Which means I need to do them all again and I've also paid to have them done. I could have gone to the other dry cleaners near acton station (which also do them cheaper) but I chose this one as i had a good previous experience with the dress. I will now think twice I've I'll ever go back again. I'm very upset as my surprise is ruined and I've wasted my time and money

Great cleaning service, high quality finish and look after expensive fabrics. Also very reasonably priced shirt washing service. Highly recommended

I really want to support this independent business, but I had a bad experience recently.I’d dropped off a rucksack which needed a zipper replacing. The lady that I dropped it off with didn’t have brilliant English so couldn’t tell me how much it would be.When I picked it up, they’d replaced the zipper alongside the existing zipper, which just looks awful. I appreciate it may have been tricky to do it another way, but the tailoring of this is what I was paying for.When I picked it up, the lady said the price was £20. Given the job that was done - and the fact that this price expectation wasn’t given when I dropped it off - I was surprised by this.I’d recommend firstly giving price expectations up front. Secondly, I would recommend taking a customers phone number. I imagine what happened is that when you looked at it, you saw that it was a tough job. But if you’d called me to explain, I could have decided if I wanted to go ahead or not.What I’ve ended up with is spending £20 on something that looks worse than it did before.

Please avoid this unprofessional dry cleaner. The owner destroyed my blackout curtains and did not even apologise after having taken 30 pounds for a job he could not do! I love supporting local trade but when the work is rubbish we also have to let other people know. Avoid this place unless you want to loose your money and your time!

Avoid at all cost!!!They completely destroyed a brand new pair of trousers which I had taken for length alterations. The owner was completely unapologetic and was audacious enough to imply that this was damaged prior to them handling. I appreciate that accidents occur but to try and cover up their actions and blame me is completely unacceptable.Dealing with the situation with honesty and integrity would have been much better than to deceive.I should also add that you are only given. Price after service. I would never ever go back and wish to warn you against them.
