Always delivered to the spot we asked for. The quality of logs always spot on.Can deliver at fairly quick notice sometimes would get calls when I didn’t expect but they have to get deliveries done and if we aren’t home then the delivery got to happen. Always helpful on the phone though. Never had any issue with quality, service or late delivery.

Ordered my first delivery of logs a couple of months ago delivered on time. Seems friendly and efficient, when I phone to who I believed was the owner for a second order at the beginning of the cold weather he gave me really good advice on the type of logs, amount I would need for my log burner and how I use it. As promised, has delivered on time without fault. Would recommend without hesitation.

I ordered logs at 8am and they were delivered before 9am on the same day, this is stunning service. I might have been lucky as the truck might have been on route to my house but just processing the order so quickly is impressive. Logs look great too.

Extremely aggressive, belligerent and discourteous service. Please think carefully before using Winchester Logs.I arrived home this morning to find £210 worth of logs with no covering, despite heavy rain forecast.I received no communication on when my logs would be deliveredWhen I phoned to query this and ask for a resolution, I was met with an aggressive and defensive volley of words - I am still shaken.The man’s main point was that the website states that tarp should be left out to cover the delivery if rain is forecast.Like many customers, I’m extremely busy - in my case I’m a working single mum - and I missed the website copy about leaving rain protection out.As I was not aware when the delivery would be, it would have been impossible for me to do this anyway.I’m also unaware of any other business who would leave £210 worth of goods unprotected on delivery and expect the customer to leave the means of protection! It’s extraordinarily poor customer service.Basic courtesy would see Winchester Logs following up bookings with an additional message saying when the delivery will be, and explaining that customers need to leave tarp out - especially on days when heavy rain is expected.Really disappointing, I would leave zero stars if I could.

Requested a bag of logs to be put in my garage, as they previously have done. Turned up without warning with a young lady delivering. A rude phone call from, presumably the owner, telling me basically to get lost. All the other suppliers I deal with are more than happy to oblige. I am 80 years d and not in the best of health

Excellent service....got my dates mixed up and they still found time to deliver the next morning early...helpful and friendly. Logs look good (kiln dried).

Brilliant service. I have seen some negative feedback, which I can’t understand why- when I put in my order it gives me space where I can request where to leave logs, let them know which days are best for delivery and request for a call before hand. Which they have always done for me when I’ve asked. My logs are always delivered within 3 days of placing an order. Keep up the great work winchester logs!
