The service itself was ok, we didn’t have any big problems while our purchase was going through. However since paying all invoices in full they have been in touch twice (first time 4 months after paying in full and the second 6 months) to say we owe them more money. We will definitely be using a different solicitors next time.

Hayes+Storr were selected by the executor to administer my late son's estate. I will accept that it was a complicated task but not the 17 months that it took to complete and at the considerable cost of £12k+. In my view, their procedures require review as several months passed with no progress until I personally contacted third parties. I certainly would not recommend them and will definitely not be using them in the future.

Vikki Ridgway is a Solicitor at Hayes+Storr and she helped me remove a Tenant from my Cottage. The process for removal of a Tenant is quite involved and reveals some quite strange pitfalls giving the Tenant advantages. She was very helpful and guided me through this process. She was very prompt and efficient right from the start. The whole process took 7 months.We eventually were forced to seek a Court Hearing which went extremely well and I could not have hoped for a better result. It included the Tenant being ordered to pay a large amount of my costs. This was a nice surprise.This result would not have been achieved without Vikki's very well organised approach. Many thanks Vikki, the Tenant has now gone!I definitely know where to come if I need more help in the future.
