MRG Bransford Road Garage

Don't go here. I have been to them before and always assumed they would be fair. I took my car as it was making odd noises and they fixed an axel bar that was very bad. That's all ok however I felt something still wasn't right and on picking up even the mechanic admitted he'd heard a noise and had checked it again. A week later I felt that there was still an issue so booked have another look. The mechanic barely looked and told me it was normal sounds and sent me on my way well skip a couple of months and still the noise continued so I went to another garage. They straight away found an issue that they believe has been there some time so the other garage should have picked it up on it. Because they didn't my car has not only been dangerous to drive but more damage has been caused by driving it with the issue and the tyres have been warn as tracking not checked... I spoke to the garage to raise my concerns and they won't even for a moment admit any missed issues etc. From the damage to my car the new garage believes it has been like it when they had my car ...not good.Just to clarify from the reply I got here .. I did take it back a week later and told noise normal !!!!new garage have said this must have been there then and that driving with it for the couple of months have made the problem worse not that it was easier to diagnose!!As for lending me a car that's irrelevant and I haven't denyed work was done.. I've stated that I returned my car a week later and was told all fine. I've then driven it for yes a couple of months before getting it checked again (but having been told it's normal from you why wouldn't I) the other garage have stated it would have been there when I brought to you become how bad it was and the driving around have caused other issues

This is a dishonest garage or they made a big mistake I was charged for parts that where clearly never fitted, I took my car to another garage and was told it had a split in the bottom hose completely missed this could of blown the engine up .... This was a basic job with I don't care attitude !!

I am so impressed with this garage. Although they couldn't entirelyhelp with my issue, I know that they are are honest and reliable.I rang up this company, to tell them about an exhaust issue I was having. It kept rattling after a thump noise came from under neath my car the day before. It was really worrying me. When I was on the phone a polite young man told me I could pop my car in any time that day and they'd look at it for me.Parked in the back bit. Was a little cramped but to be expected for a small garage. I notified the worker my car was there and he had a look at it once he finished his job which wasn't long.Looked at the cars by the garage in the mean time to eat away some time. Once the mechanic had called me over he told me that my exhaust had came loose and showed me in detail where the noise was coming from. One of my clamps had come off. So, he told me to go to a44 to see if they could fully diagnose the issue.When I went to this recommended garage they tried to rip me off by saying I needed a new engine mount simply because they couldn't be bothered to fix the exhaust or because they saw I was a girl and wouldn't know what they were talking about but not every girl is stupid. The broken engine mount wasn't the case as I went to another garage after who tightened my exhaust back into place.So I applaud bransford for being completely honest about the problem but not so happy with the reccomended choice of garage. I think the mechanic needed a little more confidence as he would have been correct in assuming my exhaust wasn't secure. But I appreciate cautiousness.I fully appreciate your honesty and polite service and highly recommend other people to come here for a vehicle check.

Excellent service.Honest and straightforward business.If you want a cheap bodge go somewhere else.If you want fair price for a proper job, this is your place.

Always take my VW Polo to MRG for Service and all other mechanical problems. Very reasonable rates, excellent advice and customer service. One of the best garages you will find in the Worcester area.

Signage is bold and prominent and the car parking facilities are spacious. The business appears clean and well advertised. Staff seem to begin work early to ensure the very best service. There is a notable absence of litter outside and the presence of new paint makes this business resonate.
