I recently visited NEXT in Fort Shopping Center, Birmingham, and I must say, everything was good. The store had a wide range of clothing options, and I was particularly impressed with their selection of ethnic wear. The quality of the clothes was excellent, and I loved the attention to detail in the designs. The staff members were friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience at NEXT. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for fashionable clothing, including great options for ethnic wear.

Good next, but all branches now seem to be understaffed, didn't see one shop worker on floor, found one behind rill.

Unsurprising so many reviews rating the staff badly. I was waiting in the queue so long, no acknowledgment. Asian lady on fitting rooms eventually served me she was very polite and understanding. Elderly lady was doing nothing whole time I was in the queue and when I went to complain she just pointed to her colleague and said she will serve you (even though the Asian lady was busy and she was doing nothing) I felt so annoyed I wanted to complain. Whilst on the phone in front of me the elderly lady was talking loudly about me and smirking. The manager came over, arms folded, said she would have to look at the CAMERAS to understand my complaint that the older lady was rude aswell as the queue issue. These people were horrible. Well the staff in this particular store is the worst kind. First the asian lady on pay counter left the security tag on, so I had to come all the way back when the alarm was set off and then this man on the counter starts an investigation if I had paid for the things whilst he talks about me with his colleague dismissively.

They have double the size of the store since they overtook the British Home Store building a lot of variety of all ages it's located inside fort shopping center so parking is free and you will always find parking on this side of the carpark.Cashier on till was very helpful I went there to pick up my order which was placed in Bull Ring Next luckily I opened it in the shop and it was wrong size women on the till found the right size and saved me a another trip

Isobel, served us today at the main till point. We purchased a winter coat for my high school child. She was polite, chatty to us all. She didn't judge us like some places you shop. She was down to earth and kind. Overall helpful and kind. Thumbs up to you Isobel. Merry Christmas.

Always great clothes, just wish they had better selection of sizes (unless your 6 feet tall and 10 stone then there's not much for you)

The staff at Solihull shop was very helpful but not happy about online ordered a shirt and tie for my grandson they sent it to the wrong store so I had to get one from store and exchange a week later so not happy

If this is your normal experience of shopping at Next, you'd probably be more impressed. Have to admit to being spoiled by usually shopping at the new flagship store in Tamworth. Having said that, it's still a lovely store to shop in, complete with a smallish Costa upstairs to relax after spending all your money.
