Lovely atmosphere here and the staff are so cheerful and happy which makes it pleasant to be there especially salma (pharmacist) and we can't forget the superstars Chelsea and layla they are the dream team I will continue using this pharmacy thank you guys

I visit this pharmacy often and the staff are really helpful (especially the young gentleman who works there). He’s always so helpful, polite and advises what to do if you’re having problems with a prescription. His customer service skills are excellent.

Absolutely useless! Give prescription away if you don't come the same day even if you have mobility issues and can't get out easily. Ask inappropriate questions in front of a shop full of people. Most of the staff have an attitude problem. If you don't like your job, get a new one.Amazed they're still open.

I've been using this pharmacy regularly for several years and always find the staff to be friendly and helpful. Today when collecting my meds I was offered a blood pressure check, which was then one less thing to bother my GP for.They've also been really helpful during a meds shortage. Excellent service, thanks so much.

I cannot believe the negative comments about this Pharmacy on here. I think I can guess why, as there are lots of blatantly rude people who unfortunately use this service in my experience. I am temporarily staying in South Birmingham due to health issues and every single time the staff here have gone way beyond to help me, sometimes in extraordinary ways I didn't think possible. I have visited this Pharmacy multiple times and every single time they have been polite, friendly and more than willing to help. I have nothing but good things to say about ALL of the staff who work here. And the advice I've been given has had a huge positive effect on my health conditions. Also, if you look carefully enough, they have some great bargains on offer too. I would sincerely like to thank all the staff at Knights Pharmacy, Longbridge, for their continued help advice and support!
