Great gym, friendly people, exceptional staff and a pleasant environment to work out. I highly recommend this gym to anyone that's thinking of going to they gym for the first time or people who have lost their way and fancy a new outlook for their workouts. Love this place. Little busy at times and can't always get on what u want but if u get the right time or plan work outs on days where u can get there at the right time it's generally a good gym choice for the cost

Great gym and even better staff. I have been to many of classes at the gym, most of which have been led by Chris. I have found his classes to be incredibly enjoyable and fun. I would not hesitate to recommend!

I visit this gym 2-3 times a week. The gym has a great atmosphere. The selection of equipment is great. The gym is also very clean.
