Lived here for 10 months while I was doing my internship and it was great. Landlord and the others that work here are really nice. Nabil responded very quickly whenever I had questions about my room/the building or had maintenance issues and was very understanding and patient. Aman the maintenance guy was also really nice and friendly. The building was always clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend to any students or young professionals

I stayed in Browntree properties for 2 years. Fantastic location close to University of Bradford. · Lovely clean, very nice and comfortable apartment. Very friendly and helpful staff.Very highly recommended..All was excellent.. nothing to complain about.

This is an absolutely amazing luxury accommodation that will not disappoint you, and 100% worth the value. There are no hidden costs, and a very helpful and understanding landlord who is always available for your needs (Nabil). A perfect place to live for any student, especially for those in their final year that would like their own privacy with lots of room and very cosy. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.Thank you.

Good location, large spacious room and very good quality place and for the price it’s unbeatable. Highly recommend especially for students especially as it’s a 5 minute walk from uni with a corner shop and restaurants right across the road. Best option in Bradford by far. It was always quiet which was a big bonus when comparing it to other accommodation I’ve stayed at in Bradford.

i asked if my new flat could be sorted the day before it was due (the same day the previous tenants handed the keys back) as it was easier to move in that night instead of the original move in date due to my shift work. nab got it sorted super quick for me and by the following morning i had handed back the keys to my previous flat and had gotten everything fully moved into the new one. really nice flats with good quality provisions

Me and my partner have been living here for almost 2 years and have really enjoyed our stay. It's a great place with everything you need, well maintained, the staff and landlord are very responsive and helpful. It has parking on site if you have a car. I'd recommend anyone to stay here especially mature students and young professionals.

I have lived in Legram properties for one year, Everything was amazingly well-organized, it was safe and very close to university and Al-Halal. The managers and staff were caring, flexible, and responsible. Whenever you feel hungry just go downstairs there is an amazing restaurant, no need to go out of the building. What I like the most were the security and responsible and liable staff. The building has a very fancy and nice environment with many varieties of room options. I highly recommend it.

Very good quality accommodation and also very safe for students. The landlord is always responsive to any issues that I've had in the flat - they are always quick and efficient in dealing with this. I would definitely recommend university students to stay here!

This is a nice, clean and well maintained building. It is good place for mature students.The landlord is responsive and helpful. The staff are helpful and are considerate. Everything is kept in check. Keys been handed on the day asked for. Very flexible to sort contracts out. Very professional.Very close to the university 5 minutes walk, close to amenities, close to Al-Halal supermarket. They have a range of different studio rooms, and shared rooms, you can choose from. Best to view the room. As pictures don't give it justice.

Would 100% recommend anyone to stay here. Clean, spacious and beautiful apartments with no faults. The building in its self is so beautiful, feels like you’re on holiday.Everything is made clear when you sign your tenancy agreement with no hidden costs. The landlord is very professional, responsive and is always happy to help with anything. Aman is also very helpful with any maintenance required.University of Bradford is not even a 5 minute walk and city centre is about 10. Don’t have a single complaint about Browntree properties or any of the staff. Fantastic place to stay! :)
