Cute surroundings. When we came in were seated straight away and had a very warm welcome. Prices are sky high. Dont think the price reflects the portions and quality.It took aprox 15 min to take our order. And it took a while also to get everything.

Fantastic food. Lots of it and hot. Very helpful and nice staff. Very clean and tidy. Highly recommend to go out for lunch. Probably best to book as very busy. They took my number and called me back in 25 mins as advised because so busy. Which was great as could wonder around the shops there.

Food was lovely. It was busy but we were seated quickly and the service was efficient and impressive. The atmosphere was lovely, we were seated outside and had blankets and a overhead heater so we were toasty. Lovely place would go again.

I had to meet someone in the area for a business chat over coffee and I can’t wait to come back with my wife.The Three Shires is a selection of quirky and quite unique set of shops and Darlingtons is the icing on the cake.Roomy, clean, super friendly staff and a simple yet reasonably priced menu for food and drinks. I’ll definitely be coming back to have more than two Lattes next time.

Managed to accommodate us for afternoon tea with only a few hours notice...The food was really lovely, great sandwiches and scones, oodles of jam and clotted cream.Loved the mini prosecco - though a non alcoholic option for the driver would be a welcome addition.The staff were very welcoming and super attentive.The setting is nice, there is plenty of parking and some nice boutique shops to look around.

A lovely birthday visit for my 86 year old Ma.Can’t praise the staff in the 1867 highly enough.After going to extra trouble to find us a table (we hadn’t booked) for lunch, after the meal mum was presented with a signed birthday card and a mini bottle of Prosecco. Talk about going over and above!The staff were so attentive and cheery and made a lovely occasion even better. Thanks to all :))

What a lovely place. We sat in the heated conservatory in December which had outdoor heating and lovely blankets.The serving staff were so nice, one young guy particularly was a delight (visit on 10th December).We only had soup this time but the menu looked gorgeous.
