Good fun. Would have given 4 stars but the bar service was very very slow. (15 min wait for a beer) and finding any staff to explain how things work was a challenge. I need to clarify, all the staff we did speak to were friendly and helpful, just a challenge finding one available. (We visited mid afternoon on a Saturday)

The first time there, I found the seats a bit close to the tables. We also found it a bit hard to keep up with the callers. The staff and the service were quick, happy, and helpful. Speaking to regular players, we understand that the food is reasonable and tasty.

Needed to use the toilet as needed to insert tampon. To be refused by a woman. Absolute disgrace. Oh members only! No sympathy what so ever. Hour hus journey now without anything to protect me.

I'm giving 1* as have spent the entire afternoon session trying to concentrate whilst listening to a workman using an electric drill. Very disappointed that this was allowed.

Been going since I was 18, definitely changed in not great ways, far to expensive and when you get birthday vouchers you can't use them on your actual birthday, they give you certain days to use them and you don't get a box of chocolates like you used to get. No fun games like before when they put you in teams and gave your team points for winning the full house ect.

Not very good, bingo przes have seemed to reduced and there less decent cash prizes , sercive not great it's gone down hill sorry to say, and we wont be returning so Buzz that's 4 members you've lost. And I'm sure more have the same view,and may not return also. Think about what the customer wants.

Having enjoyed playing Bingo here whilst Terry was working made Bingo nights an amazing experience. However Terry is now leaving. Give the man a pay rise and do everything in your Power to make him stay, what ever the man wants give it to him, you have the power Buzz Bingo.
