The Natural Grocery Store

Great free from options, but it seems like the store mostly caters for organic foods, vegetarians and vegans, with vegetarian/vegan foods clearly marked with a label next to the price.However, if you follow any other special diet, you are left to find the products in a haystack. Especially for gluten free, there is great variety and products I had not seen anywhere else, but they are scattered all over the shop so the only way to find them is reading the labels, one by one.Also, most packages of naturally gluten-free grains are marked as potentially containing gluten due to cross contamination, so not suitable for coeliacs, only for low gluten diets. I wish they provided more purely gluten free grains, as for now my only option to buy these seems to be the internet...I do recommend the store although it is a bit pricey, but it definitely has some limitations for gluten free diets.

A great shop, lovely staff, is always very clean, lots of organic products with a high quality and a resonable price.Plenty parking spots at not even 5m walk, opposite the shop a little bit higher, between the buildings is the entrance for a parking.

Good products but no dogs allowed even if held.

Looking for a new supplier of fragrance-free shampoo and washing-up liquid, I came across The Natural Grocery Store on line. They stocked the brands that I use in the quantity I need and at a reasonable price. The order process was simple, postage was free (value was over a threshold amount) and the items were delivered promptly. Very impressed and I shall use them again. Thank you.

I order online every few months from the website and aside from being able to locate items that are hard to find where I live, orders are always perfectly packed, thus they arrive in a timely fashion, safely and with no mistakes or breakages. Makes a person almost want to move to Cheltenham ! Absolutely first rate......

I've been to this shop a few times and I've always been happy with the products. They have a wide selection of items and the prices are reasonable. However, I've noticed that one of the employees, Mike, is incredibly rude. The last few times I've been in, he's been short with me and has made me feel uncomfortable. I overheard him speaking to another customer in a very disrespectful way, and I was shocked. I'm not sure if this is a common occurrence, but it's definitely something to be aware of if you're planning on shopping here.Other than Mike, the other employees are friendly and helpful. They're always happy to answer questions and make recommendations. I would still recommend this shop, but I would avoid interacting with Mike if possible

Good variety of health foods and health related products. I only occasionally go in but find staff friendly and helpful and prices reasonable, in relation to the quality of the products. I will miss living round the corner from here when we move.
