Howards MG Yeovil

A very pleasant experience. Alex carefully took us through the model options and answered all our questions. The test drive was a joy and we were very confident setting out in an unfamiliar vehicle. Prompt and helpful answers to a few email questions. An ideal buying experience without pressure and ample time given to us to ensure we were happy.

My first yearly service of the MG5 EV LR Trophy.The customer experience was excellent. A similar courtesy vehicle was supplied for the half day during which Howards had the car. The service staff explained clearly what had been done and showed me the checklist of jobs, software updates and 1 recall job.These cars are known to have a minor problem with the interior door handle function on some doors. I have this issue. It was investigated, the door cards removed and the mechanisms investigated. No clear sign of a fault was found but the linkages were lubricated before re-assembly. Unfortunately the issue has persisted at random intervals. This is a difficult one to replicate in the service session, and so I will be returning to have one of them (at least) changed under warranty once agreed.On returning to Howards of Yeovil I found the car ready for collection and it had been washed before I arrived. So I was very happy with the work, the care and the reasonable price of the service.Many thanks.
