Brilliant seller, incredibly helpful. As I wasn't sure what size if muzzle, I contact them and they got the measurements and double check sizing to their stock. When it arrived I wasn't sure and they couldn't do enough for me and went above and beyond. Nothing was to much bother for them. Definitely recommend them. 10/10 on support and customer service.

Not only was it shipped and its way the same day, it arrived early, AND it's the perfect muzzle. I've been looking all over for one that fits my American Bulldog x American Staffordshire and this is the one. Perfection. Size. Quality. 12/10 would recommend.

At the beginning the goods were delivered perfectly. Unfortunately, defects were found the first time it was used. The seller said to send a new product. This never arrived. The seller thinks amazon has given you the wrong address. Which can't be right. The first delivery arrived too.Unfortunately not recommended for complaints. Pity.

I've contacted L&J by phone asking for their muzzle size chart as I want to buy two muzzles for my dogs. I gave all the information the seller asked me by whatsapp and he told me he'd come back to me with the muzzle options that suit my request. After four days trying to get an answer, either by whatsapp or phone, i decided to write an email. I was shocked when I received the following reply message:Hi

Returned muzzle as it was XL or so they said sent item back after it did not work and then got a £7.20 refund when item was £36.99 don't recommend buying anything off there site as they are false advertising and can't give you your own money that your entitled to back. THERE PRITTY MUCH SCAMMING PEOPLE.

Having spoke to L&J Pets UK yesterday I was very pleased with the advice. They called me back when they said they would. I ordered a muzzle late in the afternoon and it arrived this morning. I am really pleased with the fit and the quality of the muzzle. I have now cut off the excess straps.

Telephoned this lovely man as I needed to return an item which I had ordered on amazon. He was the nicest, helpfulist person I have spoken to. I needed to order a muzzle for my dog and kept ordering the wrong sizes from different companies. He went out of his way to help me find the right one I needed, contacted me back within afew hours and also assisted with my new order...
