We visited a few stores before we wandered into Dreams and the service we received was night and day compared to the other stores. Dionne the assistant manager was very helpful she spent a lot of time making sure my wife and I had made the correct choice and making sure we were 100% comfortable with our choice. Even though she was extremely busy with other customers the store manager checked in with us regularly and answered any questions we had while Dionne was busy.We highly recommend Dream's we will be using this for any future beds from now on and recommending to all our family and friends.

Katrina was amazing, she didn't worry that we changed our minds a few times before finally deciding what we wanted, we tried out all the different qualities of mattresses and different firmnes. We also took our time deciding on the bed styles we wanted as myself and my wife both wanted different thing, she got the adjustable bed and I got the TV with surround sound built in. All the staff we spoke to we're very friendly, I would definitely recommend popping in for a look around and a coffee or my favourite, a hot chocolate with marshmallows. 10/10 for service, friendliness, and definitely patience. The photos are off of the Dreams website. But this is what we went for in the end. Looking forward to it arriving.

I had a really good experience in the Uddingston branch. I had previously shopped there and was really satisfied. I was in the market for a new mattress and I instantly thought about going to Dreams. I had previously tried other retailers and did not find the same satisfactory service or experience with them.When I got there, I was greeted by a colleague called Katrina. She was instantly welcoming and offered myself and my mum a drink right away. She also showed me the Sleepmatch machine. We then browsed the mattresses that the machine had recommended. Katrina explained all the features of each one as well as the price for what I was looking for and then she gave me some time to try them out.She was chatty and informative and this led to a really good experience with Dreams. I would definitely recommend it as a place to shop.Really happy with my purchases, even if I spent a more than I intended to. However, I definitely made the right choice shopping here for my mattress and I cannot wait to receive it!

Getting assessed by tech as to the best kind of mattress you need was rather hilarious!We were looked after very well by Cheryl. (Thank you very much). Once the bed technology had worked out information, Cheryl showed us four different styles of mattress. We were then invited to wander about to whittle down the choices. Under an hour later, we were leaving Dreams, happy to have sorted out what we were looking for within a budget.

Kate at Dreams Uddingston was very friendly and informative. She listened to what we were looking for and gave us great advice. She was very patient with continued interruptions by one of our company which was very much appreciated. Kate seemed very happy in her job and was very pleasant, easy to talk too and I felt very comfortable during the process of ordering my sons new cinema bed as there was absolutely no pressure at all to buy anything. What a lovely lady. Thank you.

Visited to purchase a new mattress on 28th October. What a great service, we were greeted by a salesman called Alex who was very helpful, professional and thorough. He invited us to use the sleepmatch test bed to find our ideal mattress then we tested them all and made the decision to purchase one. Alex went above and beyond and never put us under any pressure to purchase, he even let my grandson have a go on the sleep match bed. Excellent service and highly recommended if you are looking for a new bed/mattress

Liam was very patient and helpful he is a great ambassador for Dreams and a credit to his company he explained everything and is very customer focused. We went to other shops but came back to Liam because he was such a pleasant sales person.

Can’t recommend this store enough - especially an advisor named Liam.We visited yesterday and after trying a few random mattresses ourselves, a sales advisor Liam came over to see if we needed any help. I thought we knew what we wanted, but he told us about the sleep match technology mattress/machine which measures the way you sleep/pressure points on a mattress then tells you which styles suit you.Once it matched us, Liam talked us through five options it had suggested with a full range of prices from budget to luxury. He was so informative explaining everything from options to the design to the benefits of each style.We tried his first option and were sold there and then. We would never have looked at it either but it was exactly what we liked comfort wise etc so we would never have had this if it wasn’t for Liam. He sorted the ordering of it, with no pushy sales at all, just a list of options and time to discuss without him there (grateful for that as there is nothing worse than a sales person hanging over you!). We then purchased some pillows too, again, under Liam’s advice, and we couldn’t be happier with them.He was so polite, welcoming, knowledgable, patient with my kids and professional throughout the whole sale process that he really is an asset to the store.Thanks so much for a lovely shopping experience and we can’t wait to have our lovely new mattress delivered next week!

Liam was very skilled at helping me to decide on what mattress would be the correct one for me. He was very pleasant, well mannered and very knowledgeable. He used a machine that narrowed down what mattresses would be best for me and it was one of these that I ultimately decided upon. I felt under no pressure which was one of the reasons I ended up purchasing from this store.
