I bought a car from Karl, he was very quick at responding and happily sent videos of the car but also video called so can see in person how the stereo & heating all worked.Karl even offered warranty on the car and also delivery to my house which is over 2hours from his garage.Car came detailed inside and out with screenwash & fluids all topped. Really great service, would recommend.

Passed my test recently both me, my mum and dad was looking to buy a car Had a look online and came across Bsmart cars I liked a car that I had seen on the website which was a Audi A1 at a cost of £9,995 as it was my first car I was abit nervous from buying someone I didn’t know. I talked to a guy called Karl paid a deposit and I paid the balance upon delivery, car was better then described. Bought a range rover Evoque from Bsmart cars, Karl was very professional and friendly, you can tell he is very experienced and been selling cars for a long time. Karl spent at least a hour showing me the car, explain everything to me, nothing was too much trouble or hurried in time like sum bigger garages, I had 12 months warranty put on for free, delivered for free to my house, range rover was fully valeted too. All in all a very good experience. Thanks Karl for everything.
