Excellent service by this company. They provided all the information I needed, held onto my order until my builder was ready to collect and this was done smoothly without any issues. The bidet-toilet is still in its box waiting to be installed (any day now, I hope) so at this stage I can't give a review of the product itself. I am confident that if I have any issues with it, the staff at Kaizen will be helpful

When I researched and eventually paid £1,300 for a smart bidet toilet, I did not expect that 3 years later, when the toilet seat heat stopped working, that I would have to pay someone to remove the seat, wrap it up securely, sent it by courier to be fixed at a cost of £120 plus VAT, and then pay someone to refit the seat, and hope that the fault was fixable. And in the meantime, I would have no seat to sit on while it was in for repair. I can't see how anyone would be happy with that service for a very expensive smart bidet toilet. Please do read the small print to be aware of this. If I was to buy a whole new bidet seat, now, instead of returning for repair, that would cost £760 for the same seat, and obviously it would be under warranty and an engineer would visit my home at no charge if a fault developed. So if a home visit was possible then, you would imagine that the same would be possible in the event of a fault after warranty, obviously payable, instead of having to post a used bidet seat in for repair and be left without a seat to use. Please be aware, and read the small print. I always thought if a fault developed, a normal plumber could fix any problem arising.

Excellent bidet-shower, well packaged, with fast delivery. The folks at Bidet Showers were really helpful, and this is a proper, solid product, that has been carefully selected from quality suppliers. This is not like the cheap-tat on eBay. Thanks!

The staff at Kaizen could not have been more helpful before and after delivery. My plumber spoke to them re making it side opening rather than back opening and was given detailed instructions on how to do it. Haven't used it yet but am very confident it will be excellent

We are in the final throes of a renovation and the team at Kaizen/Bidet-shower have been _amazing_. We had a last minute rush to buy a bidet seat, and they walked us through choosing the best possible one, and let us know how to handle a return if it didn't fit. We bought a shower-bidet around 12 months ago and the plumber installed it slightly differently to the instructions! - leaving a couple of hole covers missing. A phone call to Kaizen sorted it with some spares delivered in the post the following day. After a recent stroke my wife has had to rely on using this bidet in the ground floor wet room so when we had a leak around the base of the toilet pan we urgently called out the plumber. He had massively over tightened a nut on the water filter pipe, creating the leak. I contacted Kaizen for a spare nut and they immediately sent out a new section of pipe and nuts. With little faith in the plumber after his 3 abortive visits I fitted the pipe myself and said goodbye to the plumber! - leak sorted. Kaizen were the true professionals. This level of service from a supplier simply doesn't exist these days and you usually have difficulty even getting a reply to a phone call or message from most companies, but Kaizen went the extra mile and we cannot recommend them highly enough for their service and customer support.

BACK-TO-WALL BIDET TOILET & CONCEALED CISTERNFollowing a valuable telephone discussion with Lucas regarding the available bidet toilets on offer I visited Kaizen Solutions warehouse near Berkhamstead to view a range of marketed products.Lucas met me at the warehouse and personally showed me the various models on display. I was pre-warned that it was not a showroom but a display of products at the warehouse which can be viewed and handled. Lucas focused primarily on the technical and practical aspects of each model. He was very knowledgable and was able to advise on the most appropriate model for my application which was the Aqua-Lava 1400F, a floor standing back-to-wall unit requiring a seperate concealed cistern.The Aqua-Lava 1400F had the necessary functions I required(a WC with a bidet function discharging instant warm water and soft close seat) while the electrically actuated seat and cover with heated seat functions not being my priority. As it is not necessary to accommodate these extra functions within the seat in this model, the product is elegantly low-profile without the ungainly 'matcho' puffed up profile in the seat and cover of the more all-singing-and-dancing expensive makes.On full payment Kaizen reserved the in-stock Aqua-Lava unit and a Grohe concealed flushing cistern with push button flush, stored it at the warehouse for over 4 weeks at no extra cost until my builder was ready to install the units.Kaizen arranged delivery to West London by courier when requested. The delivery was on time. The Aqua-Lava was well packaged. It is worth noting that the item is relatively heavy needing two persons to move it to the 1st Floor.The installation was carried out in early October 2023 and progressed very smoothly without encountering any problems. My builder commented on the easy of installation although this was his first attempt at installing a bidet-toilet.The drainage, water and electrical services requirements are well described and suggested locations for terminations are clearly shown in the installation instructions. All accessories were complete.The Aqua-Lava bidet-toilet has now been in use for over two weeks with all funtions performing well. It is a pleasure to use, no doubt due to its simplicity. The remote control unit is easy to use once familiar with the function buttons. The basic functions can also be activated from the control knob situated on the outside of right-side hinge of the seat.Although the transaction is completed online, having access to view the products and get expert help from a live enthusiastic person before and during installation was a better experience than purchasing at numerous run-of-the mill retail outlets. It is my view that Kaizen are a reliable online retailer. Kaizen's pricing is also very competitive.I am very satisfied with the service and products provided by Kaizen Solutions and recommend them highly to any prospective buyer.

I purchased a VitrA V-Care Smart Bidet Toilet, Comfort with auto flush bundle for my father who unfortunately fell down the stairs earlier this year and was finding it extremely difficult to care for his personal toilet hygiene independently. Now the toilet is finally installed and fully functioning, I cannot stress how much this has improved the situation. The toilet does everything it states, washes, dries, warm seat, auto flush, seat automatically goes up and down. AMAZING purchase.I would like to thank Lucas for all his advise before we purchased the toilet and also for his help and information regarding any queries with the product after purchase. I purchased CCP-6500-CH: Extra High Comfort Height Bidet Shower Toilet for my parents who are 96 & 95. Mum in particular was struggling to clean herself as she has carpal tunnel syndrome in both hands & rotor cuff syndrome in her shoulders. We had their bathroom & toilet converted into a wet-room and I researched which type of toilet would be best. This toilet is amazing; it washes and dries very efficiently, looks great and has the added bonus of a night light. It also has a descale function which is necessary as we live in a hard water area. Kaizen Solutions were a joy to do business with. Because of mum's disabilities she was able to claim the VAT back and Kaizen dealt with that very promptly. The delivery date was planned to suit me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this bidet shower toilet. It's not cheap (but a lot cheaper than some other companies) but worth every penny to my disabled parents.
