Atlantic Estates handled, in November 2021, the letting of my flat, 12 Hartnell Court, Ballard Lane, London, N3 1LP.I was very impressed with the professionalism exhibited and the quality of service rendered. An acceptable tenant was identified quickly and the paper work (including the background check) was done promptly.I have no reservation, whatsoever, in recommending the firm to potential clients in the Real Estate industry.

My husband and I viewed a property in Chigwell Road (South Woodford) yesterday with Atlantic. During the viewing we mentioned to the agent that we liked the property a lot and we wanted to rent it. The agent said that we should text him after the viewing and he would have got back to us. We texted him only 1 hour after the viewing, mentioning that we liked the property and we wanted to rent it, however he replied 4 hours later saying that the property had been already reserved by someone else. We didn't even have the chance to make an offer. We worked around our busy work schedule to be able to view this property on a Monday morning, but we just wasted our time. This is frustrating and disappointing. Every viewer should be given the chance to fill out an offer form if interested in a property for renting (as other agencies do). Based on what criteria the new tenants were chosen? The landlord of this property will never know how much we were willing to offer for it. Atlantic was very unprofessional, I would not advise it to anyone.

Enver made the experience a lot easier to handle. He was co-operative and pleasant to communicate with. I would defo recommend him to a friend!

Enver, well what can I say he has been excellent, articulate and very helpful during this time. He has kept us informed throughout every stage and has found my mother a nice property. I can’t thank him enough. He is also a very friendly agent and you can speak to him like he is a friend of yours and that goes a long way in his line of work. You will be in good hands whether you let your property through his agency or rent one through him.

Enver was a star in helping us securing our latest property. And what’s even better was he did it a very short time.
