If you are looking for a wheelchair for yourself or a loved one this is definitely without doubt, the only place to come. The service provided is exceptional, fast, caring and efficient. The extremely gifted Occupational Therapists make the first assessment quickly and from that visit we quickly received a quotation for a wheelchair with the options to rent or purchase. The chair is crafted to suit the OT’s requirements for the recipient, I placed the order on a Monday and took delivery at my mothers Nursing home 4 days later on the Thursday. It was carefully hand delivered from Manchester to Hampshire by the lovely John who handled my purchase from the beginning to its safe delivery at the end. John and the OT kept in touch in order that Raj our amazing OT could arrange to come and adjust the chair to Mums needs. Raj then took my mother for a short trip outside and then into the dining room for tea. Due to the NHS not being able to provide my mother with a suitable chair as her condition worsened, she had been prematurely bed bound for around 6 months. This incredible tilting wheelchair and this amazing service has given my mother so much happiness and enabled her to take part in life again.
