Poor after salesPurchased a 5 month old Mini Cabriolet from Arnold Clark Renault/Dacia Huddersfield. The vehicle only had 243 miles and prior to purchase I requested images of all alloy wheels and questioned if there had been any repairs to the vehicle or wheels, I was told the vehicle was in perfect conditions.2 days after purchasing and whilst cleaning the car I noticed one alloy wheel to have been repaired with 1/4 of the wheel a now Matt black with numerous air bubbles below compared to the rest of the alloy which was the standard black shine.On re contacting the dealership I was told as I wasn’t local to the garage there was nothing they could do, on questioning this the salesman suggested I should get a quote from a local Alloy wheel repair specialist and provide to him to gain authorisation from his sales manager.This quote was provided 5 days ago and despite numerous emails/calls the garage have failed to respond.

Professional start to finish, I came in undecided and staff were courteous, knowledgeable, listened to what I wanted and what I didn't want. Excellent test drive and really easy to make the decision. Everything was quick and the car is magnificent.

I love Arnold Clark, they're always so friendly and professional. They're like a car concierge service for people on a budget.
