Went for 4 wheel tracking for my car, easy booking on phone, works done while I waited in their waiting area. Quite happy with their service.

Very friendly and helpful service. The quote seemed reasonable and I had trust in Ali and the team, despite never having been there before. I needed my car fixed quickly ahead of a 250 mile trip home and Ali managed to get the parts and get the car repaired later that day/first thing the following morning, which I really appreciated.

Booked an online appointment to have my aircon re gassed. Saw the manager (Hasane Ali) who was brilliant in everyway. His customer service is 2nd to none. He explained to me what he was going to do and did. WOULD RECOMM.END

Malik was very knowledgeable and efficient and helpful and polite and patient and friendly service and got my flat tyre sorted in a very short time!

Won’t be visiting again. No acknowledgement when I walked in, sat there for 15 mins until the guy had time to speak to me. Just to be told they couldn’t fit me in until another day. Would have preferred to be told upfront and save my time.

Not my local garage but as I'm working on a new building in Bradford at the moment I dropped my Qashqai off for brake pads sorting out while i was at work. They caught quite a few issues that had been missed/not sorted (even though I was told they had been) by another garage I used recently. Everyone I interacted with seemed nice and friendly, and they did a great job with my car and completed alot of work in that one day. Seem like a good honest group of lads and would definitely take my car back there.

Ordered my tyres online and when my wife took the car to get the tyres fitted they said I had ordered the wrong size so she would have to pay an extra £101 pounds, on top of the £108 I payed online, that was £209 for 2 x 235 45 zr18 even though they had the same size tyres for £70 each (£140 for the 2) £69 more. I called customer service and got no joy from them, they were as helpful as the guy at the garage. I had phoned them to try to rearrange my appointment and called at least 16 times and got no answer, in the end I had to drive down to the garage and speak to them face to face. When I asked if they were having problems with the phones all I got was a grunt and told I was busy so I didn't bother answering it". Remember the advert from years ago "you can't get better than a Kwik Fit fitter
