I am so impressed with Newborn Memories. Chloe, John, Alex & Annabelle are really special, lovely genuine people and I wish nothing but good things for their amazing family businessThe whole experience was 10/10 - From being warmly welcomed when arriving at the studio to the way they settled our baby throughout the shoot to finally receiving our beautiful artwork.It was perfect, they really took their time and have so much attention to detail. Loved the offering of tea and biscuits, the thank you card and the way they kept us constantly updated whilst we waiting for the artwork to arrive. I can confidently say I will be referring anyone with a newborn to have a shoot done with these guys!Thank you for providing such a memorable experience for our daughter at 10 days old

We were lucky enough to win a free photo shoot at the Excel Baby show. The whole experience was so lovely from start to finish. Our boy was 10 days late and the team were so patient waiting for his arrival to get us booked in. On the day our boy was handled with such care and softness. He slept through the whole process and we all felt so comfortable. We were really looked after. The second visit to view and pick our photos was lovely. A really nice finishing touch. The photographs we have are beautiful and a lovely keepsake to cherish and remember how tiny and delicate our boy was at 9 days old. I would highly recommend Newborn Memories to anyone looking to capture those first days with their newborn. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience x

Our newborn shoot was absolutely amazing, such a calm environment for your newborn baby! Handled with such professionalism, the pictures have come out absolutely beautiful, we was sat down with a viewing and could choose how many or how little we wanted to order, we obviously went with the top package that we are so happy we did. We got everything we wanted out this newborn shoot, it was a bonus that the team are such nice people and we are so pleased we chose them to do our firstborns shoot! Definitely a 5 star service

We won a package as part of the BabyShow, and from the first point of contact, the team were so friendly! They were so good with my daughter and made us feel so welcomed and at ease. The photos have come out so well and we are so pleased to capture our precious early moments. Would highly recommend.

The whole experience was absolutely amazing. Extremely professional, great service, outstanding pictures. John and Anabelle were amazing with our son. We felt so comfortable and relaxed. We were lucky enough to win a runner up prize at the Birmingham baby show which allowed us to have a photo session with newborn memories and 2 photos included. The whole experience was lovely and we felt very welcome and looked after by John, Annabelle, Alex and Chloe with cups of tea and biscuits. They were fantastic with our baby who wasn’t ready to sleep for the photos to be taken they were very patient and professional. Due to living quite a distance away from where newborn memories is based we had the whole day booked out for just us and we got to view the photos on the day. Nothing was too much trouble and we were communicated with regularly leading up to the day of the shoot. The photos have arrived and are gorgeous and I would definitely recommend the experience to anyone thinking about having photos taken of their newborn.

We come across Newborn Memories at the baby show in London Excel. We entered their competition that had running that weekend and was luck enough to win.Booking in was really easy, I gave them my due date so they knew roughly when I would be visiting and then the day I had her I just contacted them and they rang and got me booked in for the following week.We lived over an hour away from the home studio so we were offered a slightly later morning appointment and then a viewing session of the photo straight after so we didn't need to make the journey twice.On the day we arrived and John and his wife welcomed us into their home and the studio. They took care of us with endless cups of tea and then also looked after our daughter while she had her photos taken. They did many positions and was very good at moving my daughter around to achieve the photos. We had also taken our other daughter with us and we were even able to get some great family photos. After around 4 hours of taking photos we left for a short while so they could edit and look over the photo. On our return we saw our photo and was able to pick the photos we liked. Honestly wasn't a easy pick they were all great photos.The photo we then had picked were sent away for professional editing and we had chosen to have prints made so they then sent to the printers. Due to living so far they were also able to post the photo to us which was great. They emailed me the day they sent them and the postman delivered them the following morning. We were so happy with the outcome.The team were perfect and so great. It was a nice relaxing day having some great photos taken of our beautiful Newborn. Would highly recommend.

John & Anabelle were so welcoming on arrival. It took a long while for baby to settle and they allowed us uninterrupted time to do so. They were so patient, gentle and accommodating! As we travelled down for Birmingham, they worked the session in 2 halves sending the first set of images to be edited by Chloe to shorten the waiting time for us to view the overall images at the end. Alex was able to support us in selecting the best images with a range of diversity.The day after John even called us to check that we got home safely and to remind us about paying the Dartford Crossing Toil.Very friendly family run business! I can’t wait to receive our images and would definitely use and recommend their services in the future. Thank you :)

We attended the Baby Show at ExCel London and was one of the runner ups where we won a shoot and two free prints.Absolutely lovely experience, such a calm and friendly family owned business.Chole made sure we was sorted with tea and biscuits whilst John got our daughter ready for the shoot. Both John and Chole was extremely patient with us making sure she was comfortable before taking the pictures. The room is warm and very comfortable for baby. The shots looked absolutely gorgeous and I can't thank them enough for allowing us to come back and chose and order our photos. John and Alex helped choose our final shots to order which was done with ease and didn't feel pressure at all.I would highly recommend this photoshot they do beautiful shoots.The items was received exactly as described, they look absolutely amazing and can't thank John, Alex, Chole and Annabelle enough
