The Fragrance Shop

My friend and I visited this shop around 7pm with a fragrance in mind ready to purchase, there were two employees working. One was busy and the other (of colour with curly hair) had her back turned to us. When we asked to see whether they had the particular perfume in stock, she was so dismissive and gave us one word replies and carried on stocking shelves or whatever she was doing. We had to ask her to help us with the purchase, where she carried on being super rude to us, despite my friend being very polite still. My friend was too nice to say anything but I just thought the customer service was shocking… It was not a busy time, with only two other customers in the shop. I can’t help thinking it was because we were Chinese, it’s the only thing I can think of for her to be instantly rude to us before we even said anything. My friend was even reluctant to purchase, as she was so rude!

What started of as lovely, ended up with never wanted to come here again. A few weeks ago I did come to this store as I've had an amazing experience in the past and bought many of my favourite perfumes. There was one girl who was lovely and very welcoming and another staff member who at first seemed nice but soon very rude. He spoke to me in a patronizing manner and seemed to dismiss the girls queries and overall left a negative taste in my mouth. I feel sorry for the workers with a horrible manager like himself telling people what to do and speaking to me as if I had insulted him. Very negative experience!

Charge money out of your account without authorisation or no notice for a memeber ship you don’t even sign up for. The business is a joke

My boyfriend needed a new perfume today and as soon as we went in we got welcomed by Lilia - she was so very friendly and kind and definitely knew her way around perfumes and different undertones and what not. We got the right perfume in the end and the service was amazing. Lilias service was outstanding!

Best shop experience I’ve had. The girl that was working today really took the time and care help me find a perfume for my mom. Everyone was lovely.

I got a perfume for myself today - Lilia was kind and she remembered me from last time when I stopped by to get some fragrances. She was patient and generous enough to help me and she definitely knew her perfumes really well.

Abdullah helped us today and he was super friendly, polite and recommended a fragrance. Highly recommend him!

A great shopping experience. The staff were courteous and very attentive. Lots of patience with me because I was vague and unsure. I left with an eau de toilet which was just what I was needing. Well done to the Fragrance Shop.
