After 2 phone calls waited 2:15 for our delivery. No discount offered when called to ask where our food was. Disappointed after being a regular customer

Stood at the counter waiting for my order to see 2 rats run from the sink area accross the kitchen electrics also kept tripping assuming rats have also been at the wires stay clear dirty place. I immediately cancelled my order and was givin a refund even if it was reluctantly given

Sweetcorn soup was nice. They messed up our delivery order, gave the wrong thing. I should’ve trusted the reviews I read beforehand because it seems they do this often.

Ordered chicken curry, sweet n sour chicken and chips. The chicken tasted weird. So much so that the entire meal was binned. Complete waste of money. I have had food poisoning before. I won't risk this place again.

Ordered on just eat at 18.10 food was supposed to be here at 19.15 it's now 20.30 and still not here won't be using them again very slow winded no sorry and they still have the cheek to charge £7.50 delivery for a £9.6 mile journey never again!

As a regular customer I’ve always been happy with the quality of food. Tonight my delivery was two hours late. After contacting china kitchen 3 times I was told that they were withholding my delivery because I had failed to confirm the extra delivery charge would be acceptable. The guy on the phone was so rude. Never again will I order from these. The delivery driver was very apologetic and the food was nice. A very bad experience and very embarrassing for China kitchen Lincoln

Me and my partner used to come to Uni in lincoln and we’d always get china kitchen.We specifically booked a hotel just so we can get china kitchen again.We’ve probably had over the years around 30+ meals from china kitchen, and not even one was bad.Food is always piping hot, the best quality around and the fastest delivery I’ve ever seen.Don’t waste your time with other Chinese takeaways in Lincoln. China kitchen is the only one you need.

I’ve ordered delivery twice from this place and it’s been hours late both times I will not be ordering from here again as my food is constantly cold when delivered and when I phone to check on my order the service is shocking and I get yelled at for bothering them and was told they couldn’t understand me as they didn’t speak English! Will not be ordering again and I encourage customers to go elsewhere would give 0/5 if I could
