A very helpful Company. There was a problem with the delivery of our item - it had been sent to the wrong destination. Toy Kings answered my email very quickly and very apologetically and also gave us a £10 refund for any inconvenience caused, then sent out a replacement the next day. We would definitely use this Company again.

Shopping experience was completely fine, the toys themselves were perfect, only snag was the delivery time was a bit longer than I thought it would be, it took over a week to arrive so if ordering for a birthday make sure you have plenty of time because the delivery is a lot slower than what I was used to with other services.
