Got my daughters ears pierced. Lovely experience, lovely friendly warm staff. We had a laugh. They took their time. My daughter was over the moon. 10/10 for a clean tidy work shop x

Had a lovely massage from Tammy, a friend bought me a voucher and so glad she did, I feel fabulous now, back was soo tight and shoulders aching, after my massage I felt rejuvenated, aches and pains all gone.Will be returning thanks Tammy x

Excellent service, Hazel and her staff are extremely caring, professional and go that extra mile for their customers They have all covid protection in place for everyones safety. I have been a regular customer for over 15 years and I believe it is undoubtedly the best Beauty Salon along the Fylde Coast.Thank you Simply Natural x

Very poor customer service , staff walked away as I was talking , without letting me finish the conversation . I was a client for over 15 years and I had recommended this beauty Salon to friends and family over the years which now I do regret , because of the the mishandling of a sensitive situation . I will certainly not going back to this place as it was very upsetting and their attitude and behaviour was not respectful at all towards me .
