Excellent from start to finish. I had 3 suppliers turn up (1 promised 3 times but didnt!) 2 did a quick look and got out a tape measure and came up with a price. Andy from Lee G&G took his time, lots of measurements and was honest enough to say that I would need to repaint round the Window sills, nobody else told me that. Honest and therefore trustworthy in my book. Price was comparable to the others. Job done perfectly on time (floor fitter commented what a great job they did on the front door). There was a v small issue with a chip in a handle which I was going to mention - before I could they showed it to me and was in the midst of resolving - seriously amazing in my book. Really pleased with the service provided. Supplied and fitted double glazing window panels to replace ones which were broken or misted. Lee and Matt fitted them for me - arrived on time, no mess or fuss and even cleaned up carefully before they left. And all at a very reasonable price..

I had an excellent experience from Lee Glass in getting my new front door fitted. The process of selecting options was a lot more straightforward than with other companies I had spoken to, and Lee Glass's prices were considerably cheaper. The door arrived exactly as promised and on time, and I'm extremely happy with it. I had a slight issue with the letter box, but a new part was ordered and someone came to fit it within a few days, solving the issue. I would highly recommend Lee Glass; they a good, honest, no-nonsense, straightforward company to work with.

Completely unreliable and a waste of time.Called sales to schedule a visit and was told I’ll be called back. Didn’t get a call back until I called.I finally then booked an appointment only to be contacted a few days later to book an appointment. I reminded the lady that I already had one booked and she laughed confirming that I did in fact have an appointment booked.On the day of the appointment no body showed up. Called back to find out that I did not have an appointment.I tried calling twice today but no answer.What a complete waste of time.
