After a private and discreet consultation with firstly Janet and then Ellie.Ellie suggested a system that she thought would work best for me.The whole process was dealt with a proffessinal caring attitude. Ellie is a credit to the company and I can't thank her enough. I walked out more confident than I've felt in years.The after care was equally caring, dicreet and extremely proffessinal.Thank you for giving me my life back, you'll never know how grateful I am.I would highly recommend this company.

The Wonderful Wig Company provided me with such a lovely quality wig. I have received so many compliments about how natural it looks. The staff made the whole process very smooth and easy. They provided excellent customer service and were very patient. They have also given me so much helpful advice. I could not thank them enough.

I am truly delighted, I’ve been buying wigs for years , for the last year I’ve bought the same wig over and over…this company have not only supplied my trusted choice on time but also cheaper than all the other stores…I was worried it was a scam initially. But quite the opposite, I’m over the moon with my purchase and from this day forward will be making all my purchases from this companySadly I am camera shy but can promise my harper wig looks 100% natural and people ask me to prove I wear a wig it looks so natural

I have been going to the Wonderful Wig company since November 2020. I wasn’t quite ready to wear a wig but had significant hair loss due to Lupus. After a consultation at the Jesmond shop with Lee-Anne I decided to go for a hair integration system.I left the salon the day it was fitted feeling like a new person. I could feel my confidence had come back immediately, I really felt great.Family and friends are amazed, the colour match, the style it’s just perfect.From my very first consultation Lee-anne made me feel comfortable and welcome. Nothing is any trouble and every question I asked ......and believe me I asked loads, she answered and put me at ease. It was clear straight away that Lee-Anne knew exactly what she was doing, knew about the system and was very knowledgeable about aftercare.I wish I’d found the company earlier as previously I’d spent hundreds of pounds on a system that was fitted wrong and left me feeling very depressed and anxious. I’m not that person anymore.I took out the plan and would recommend anyone going for the system to do the same. I’ve got piece of mind, I see Lee-Anne every month to check all is ok and get adjustments if needed. It’s a good time to just talk over any worries or concerns that may have cropped up although so far everything has been fine.I would definitely recommend the Wonderful Wig Company, I know that in time I will need to move onto a different system and maybe a wig but I’m not worried about it, I trust the company and know they will be there to help and support me.

My wig fitting with Gemma was a lovely experience. Chemo induced alopecia gave me the hair I always wanted, courtesy of a wig. After trying on lot of different styles and colours in a beautifully decorated private room, it was the wig that chose me, rather than the other way around. Cancer treatments usually happen quickly and can take you, physically and emotionally, by surprise. When you find the wig that suits you, it makes you feel great, a much needed boost when going through challenging health issues. I’ve had so many compliments about my new look from friends, some who know about my current state of health, some who don’t. I will be wearing this wig for a long time. I cannot recommend this company enough! Jemma at the Newcastle branch was brilliant. She was very friendly and professional. She was very chatty and personable and gave me lots of recommendations and advice on something that could have been a daunting experience. She made me feel relaxed and at ease, and listen to exactly what I wanted. I left feeling happy and confident and that I had been provided with an excellent service.

My daughter lost her hair due to having chemotherapy and she received her wig last week and she absolutely loves it, the salon was amazing aswell as all the staff we really appreciate everything they have done for us thankyou all again x

Finding out your loved ones have Cancer is not an easy experience for anyone and the journey you then take is an emotional rollercoaster. However, when you meet people like those I met today with my Mum at the Wonderful Wig Company, they bring joy and light in what is essentially a very stressful and dark time in your life. From the moment I contacted the Wonderful Wig company to visiting their offices, to my Mum purchasing the most magnificent wig, the service, the kindness and the care given to us both, was truly BRILLIANT! Jemma, thank you from my Mum and I for making us feel so welcome, so at ease and making my Mum feel herself again! My Mum left elated and with her beautiful smile again and we are both 'over the moon'. Thank you so very very much.

KEEP WAY FROM HERE....My poor wife has cancer and needed a wig because she had lost all of her hair. We got a grant of £200 of the MACMILLIANS for a wig and was recommended to go there for one. The owner tried a few wigs on my wife, cut a straight fringe on it. Then sat down and wrote us an additional bill out for £179.00 there was no mention of any additional costs beforehand? This was on top of the £200 grant we had? In total £379 for a wig? MY ADVICE TO ANYONE IS TO KEEP WELL AWAY FROM HERE. in my eyes she took advantage of us and my poor wife's condition. WE HAVE REPORTED HER TO THE HOSPITAL AND MACMILLIANS.......I've since bought my wife 4x Wigs, 4x wig stands, 4x wig caps for only £60 the lot off the Internet. SOME PEOPLE JUST MAKE ME SICK TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE WHO ARE ILL.....
