Awful service from the start. The attitude from the solicitor was abysmal, avoided calls during work hours and only would communicate in the evenings as he had “clients to attend to” in the day, even though I was also a paying client! And in the end they charged me double for a fee and gave me jargon nonsense explanation and further avoided calls to seek proper explanation regarding the fee. Would not recommend at all!

Great service from Steven Park, who carried out the conveyancing for our house sale. He guided us through the whole process, giving us great support along the way, especially during difficulties from the other side. Google won't let us give 6 stars. Definitely recommend him for your next house sale.

Would not recommend - have never experienced such appalling & un-empathetic customer service when dealing with wills - I would not even let them take care of a goldfish

Brilliant solicitor, some solicitors never get back to you. The service provided by Steven Vassey was fantastic, very supportive of our family. We highly recommended them to anyone needing a solicitor.

Absolutely terrible service. Went on leave at the start of the house purchase for 2 weeks then we had to constantly chase just to get the house sale moving, constantly blaming the other solicitors when it was them that was so slow. Worse solicitors we have ever dealt with and we would not recommend them at all.

Shocking, absolutely shocking. The lawyer working on my case was rude, ignorant and decided to not turn up to my court day, letting me know only the day before. I do not recommend this shocking service with untrained, unless staff.Once i tried calling up on court date to sort a free duty lawyer with them out they decided to not answer the phone leaving me stranded with someone who knows nothing about my case and ive never met before in my life.
