I see my sports massages with Jason as injury prevention and a good investment in my physical health. I'm fairly active, but getting older, and believe the regular treatments and advice that Jason provides are a real benefit to staying fit, mobile and pain free.

I was having a problem with my breathing through anxiety during the pandemic, even going for a walk made me breathless never mind trying to exercise. Jason does an Oxygen Advantage course after four weeks ( plus a bit of homework) I couldn’t believe the difference it made. I now go walking, swimming and do exercise classes without any problems at all, so if you’re struggling do something about it now and get in contact with Jason you won’t regret it.

I've just seen Jason for the first time. He's helping me sort out a back problem I've had for a while. The first season was great, a little painful but that's to be expected.Jason is great at communicating what he's doing, I felt comfortable with every aspect of the treatment and would recommend him for sports massage work.I've booked to go back in two weeks.

Met Jason at a point where my calves and ankles were giving me lots of pain due to taking up running and not stretching properly. He sorted my problem and suggested the appropriate stretches and it worked a treat. This was an issue that other therapists had not been able to help me with. Would recommend Jason.
