We thought it was very well lit and clean throughout the corridors. It was simple to book and check in online and when we struggled to find the lock we rang the help number and straight away a helpful person at the end of the line directed us to an empty storage room where we could find another. It was all so simple, efficient and helpful. Will definitely use again in the future if the need arises. Thank you.

The setting up process was quick and easy. Anyone I've spoken to on the phone has been helpful and efficient. The building has always been clean and easy to access. We gave notice on our unit and then due to Covid we had to cancel that and everything was handled well. We've left now but would definitely use them again.

I had researched storage facilities near where I was moving to, and although there were many to choose from I picked the UK storage company at swad. As a lone female I felt extremely safe and protected even when attending the unit on my own, the knowledge that there was consent CCTV security was one of the biggest factors for this. All communial areas were spotlessly clean and having a toilet on site was a bonus too. Simple to set up and staff via telephone were very helpful polite and friendly. I would definitely use again and have no worries in suggesting them to my friends and family.Top service!

Very very clean, first time using storage made easy by the lady on the phone. Would be 5 stars but lift to my floor not working, so found me a space on ground floor immediately. Only problem is I have to move to my other space when lift is fixed.Update: the team at UK storage have dealt with concerns re moving out in a very professional manner and are fully deserving of 5 stars. It is never about the problem, it is always about how it is dealt with.Thank you UK Storage Company team

I needed to rent a storage unit during a house move, came across UK Storage through an internet search and found all the information I needed easily. The units are well priced, the facility is secure and very clean plus communication via email was very friendly and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

Perfect location for our house move to store items in. Fantastic response from the team for when I needed to reduce the size of the unit. They did it there and then. So simple to set up. Couldn't have asked for anything else. Certainly would use again if needed and would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service, very clean and easy to get to. Very flexible, we had to move to a larger unit this was completed on a Saturday when we ran out of room. They moved us to the next door unit so we didn't have to carry stuff far. Staff are plesent when you have to talk to them. We would definitely recommend this company.
