I went in to buy some new hiking boots and the ladies working there were so helpful and nice. Great buying experience, and I got a fairly low price for the boots I ended up buying. Admittedly, I wish they had a slightly wider selection. I went in looking for the new North Face boots or some Salomon boots, but the Berghaus pair I ended up buying have similar features and I'm sure they'll work just fine, at a cheaper price than the others.

Ordered a pair of trainers on line on16th December, order sat for 3 days unprocessed, chased on Web Site through automated help, informed on 19th Dec by automated response that the item would be delivered by Sunday 22nd December, received email on 20th December stating item would be delivered 27th Dec. Then got an email from courier stating parcel would be delivered 21st Dec.

When shopping instore i asked about the 20% of code that you can use online to get 20% of your order, the assistant stated that it was not valid instore so i couldnt get the discount.Quite shocking really in future i will probably visit the store to check products before purchasing them. Cheaper online all you pay is £1 delivery into any millets or jd store. No wonder shops are seeing a decline in sales
