We rented a lovely flat in Chelsea for a month. Everything was extremely well organised and went very smoothly.The Home From Home staff were all wonderful - accessible, responsive and knowledgeable. The flat itself was perfect for us as it was right in our old neighbourhood, was properly fitted-out with all of the necessary kit and was well maintained. Both the taxi pick-up/delivery to LHR and the optional cleaning service were great and made the not fun" bits so easy.When a maintenance issue arose in the flat on our second day

This wonderful company made our stay in London perfect. The staff were always accessible and totally commited to ensuring our experience was superb in every way. The rental apartment was beautiful, clean, comfortable, convenient, and situated in one of London's finest locales. We will use them every time we plan a trip to London from now on.

The service from Home from Home was impeccable from start to end. Emails were answered promptly with an e-smile! The beautiful apartment was exactly as described. The pre-inspection by Home from Home was so thorough that they even identified a couple of lights which needed to be changed as they showed us through the apartment (there were more than enough lights so it made no difference). We booked a driver to take us to the airport very early in the morning and he arrived promptly. I will only use Home from Home for future stays.

If you plan to rent a flat in London, it is critical to have a good agent like Home from Home standing behind the rental experience. We have rented from them for several years and can testify that they stand behind their rentals. For example, last year we had serious problems with construction below one flat and the heating system of another and they immediately move us to a better mews house which we loved. I can't stress enough how important it is to have a good rental agent behind you when renting flats in London.

We loved the service from Home from Home in London. We have used them just twice but it was superior in all ways. Whenever you get a chance to visit London, please consider renting a place from this wonderful company. They are a small company that deals in London short term rentals and they do it so well.

We stayed at two Hone from Home properties in Chelsea on two separate trips to London recently. In both cases, the apartments were well-represented by the website and both were in excellent locations. Any issues were dealt with immediately - Lia was exceptionally responsive. We'd stay again and we'd definitely recommend!

This I see my third time renting from Home from Home. We are repeat customers for a good reason. Their customer service is outstanding. Each team member was very attentive and organized - right down to the taxi service for picking us up at Heathrow to taking us to Gatwick for our further adventures. Cyril who runs the taxi service is wonderful. He and his team are always courteous and prompt. We stayed at a house on Edge Street which is a property on the border of Kensington and Nottinghill. This place was on a very quiet street and was immaculately clean and fully equipped with modern kitchen appliances and washer/dryer.The house is extremely central and convenient to the tube and London attractions. Nottinghill Gate was less than a five minute walk and Kensington High Street was a 10 minute walk from the house. Kensington Park was a 15 minute walk. There are 3 super markets conveniently located within easy walking distance of the house - Tesco, Sainsbury and a really nice Whole Foods too.Thank you Home from Home for such wonderful service and a beautiful and comfortable home for our stay! We will be back again and definitely be renting the Edge Street property again.

We have used Home From Home three times during out stays in London. Their service is excellent. The money was handled as promised.The home we rented at 35 Britannia Rd is fully equipped and immaculately clean. The cab service has never let us down. There has always been someone waiting for us at Euston Station on our arrival, or just two minutes away after making a phone call.During the recent London train bombing, the cab driver taking us back to Euston even came early and told us we had to get out because the roads were being closed. That was extremely thoughtful. When our train from Euston was initially cancelled the same day, the cab driver was prepared to retrieve us until we could make other arrangements.Five stars.

Fantastic experience. The office staff at Home From Home (Emma, Lia and Salla) made the booking and payment process seamless. We booked a beautiful apartment in London which was perfect for my family. From the booking process to ground transportation provided by Cyril the team from Home From Home is second to none. We will definitely use this service again for our next vacation and highly recommend them to anyone looking to book a vacation rental

We love the service from Home from Home and use them to find an apartment whenever we go to London.
