Went to the shop to remove some links of my watch. Had a fantastic experience with Daniela and Jean-Luc. Highly recommend if this shop for its friendly and professional staff and nice newly decorated shop.

Bought a Titanium Omega Ultra Deep from the Canary Wharf boutique over the weekend. The salesperson (Ching) was very friendly and knowlegeable; made the buying process easy and memorable! Will definitely visit the store again!

I went today with my partner, she unfortunately touched the window with a finger to show me which watch she wanted and we were scolded by the saleswoman who, although very polite, but made me feel embarrassed so I proceeded to purchase another automatic watch from a another shop .. I recommend putting a sign on the window and not making a person who is about to spend 3000 pounds feel wrong.
