Rachel is very caring and careful with my dog who is a very nervous rescue. She does a very professional cut and has a very friendly attitude making both me and my dog feel relaxed.

My dogs are both rescues. One is older and has some ongoing but managed health issues. I don't expect my dogs would be the most compliant to grooming but they are always happy to visit 'Aunty Rachel!''Aunty Rachel' is prompt, efficient and grooms as asked. I highly recommend. A very responsive and communicative groomer x
