We used Ryan and his team for the renovation of our dining room. You get what you pay for with Flint and Dean. They were incredibly mindful of our residents, taking care to cause minimum disruption. As and when issues came up which they always do in projects, Ryan communicated them clearly and proposed excellent solutions.I found him and his team extremely professional and they had a high standard of finishing. I highly recommend them.

Highly recommended.We had a poorly fitted staircase which had an almighty creak. Ryan explained in detail exactly what was required and how much it would cost, then within minutes had identified the issue. Ryan was friendly and professional, and we would definitely recommend him. If anyone needs a stair creak tester, I am available.

Ryan and his team have just completed some works including tiling the kitchen, fixing our bifold doors which required considerable adjustment, some joinery work in kitchen cabinets and tidying up the loft hatch.Great job all round, a friendly team of people with great attention to detail and tidy.....definitely getting Flint & Dean back in the New Year for some other work required. Highly recommended!

Ryan was great with a recent en-suite refurb. We found some severe water damage when we moved into a new property, and Ryan was quick to diagnose the problem and and talked us through different fixes and costs to get it sorted. He communicated well with us throughout the project and was very honest regarding costs and time frames. We were really happy with the finished work and it looks as good as new in the bathroom. Would definitely consider using Ryan and the team for future works on the house.

Job was installation of French doors, including making of opening, installation of beams, reinstatement of internal flooring, moving radiator and lighting. Ryan was very responsive and helpful, and his tradesmen very professional and competent. Went the extra mile with issues with the doors, sorting it out with the supplier, even though he had not supplied the doors. Thoroughly recommend, and have asked to quote on other jobs for us.

They undertook A complicated remodelling of our house involving demolition of an interior wall and the installation of large sliding doors. The quality of the work was extremely high but their greatest asset is their customer service. Really good people working to a high standard. What more could you want?

Flint + Dean carried out a recent renovation of our Bathroom which included enlarging the Bathroom followed by a complete re-fit.
